Refund Policy

At SaiIT Education, we strive to provide quality courses and a valuable learning experience. However, please carefully review our refund policy:

No Refunds for General Cases:
We generally do not offer refunds for any courses or services once purchased. All sales are final.

Refund Due to Faculty Unavailability:
In the rare case that the faculty member for the course you have opted for is unavailable, we will offer a refund. Refund requests will be processed within 2-3 working days from the date of the request. Once the refund is processed, the amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 5-7 working days.

Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund due to faculty unavailability, the course must not have started yet, or the faculty must be confirmed unavailable for the scheduled course duration.

How to Request a Refund:
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at support@saiiteducation.com with your course details. Refund requests will only be processed after verification of the claim.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment. Once processed, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
